Not too long ago, while leaving some of my friends’ dorm to go back to my room, we my friend Kait and I happened to see this big group of Asian Chinese exchange students who were playing some kind of card game in a moodily lit corner of the main lounge. And then, a funny thing happened. Kait turns to me and says in a low voice, almost a whisper: It’s like ‘dogs playing poker!” At this moment, I began to laugh uncontrollably for at least a minute and a half…so much so that drunk people were mocking me after I had ran/fell out of the Lobby of the dorm and into the outside where I could laugh without offending anyone… Anyway… It felt good laugh like that again… It’s been awhile…
